RATE DESCRIPTION:

  • Breakfast included;
  • rearrangement rooms every other day, change of linen 1 times a week, change of towels 2 times a week;
  • free WI-FI;
  • Car park private shady inside the property;

PAYMENT POLICY:

  • Deposit of 30% when boking by bank transfer or Pay Pal (+3,4%);
  • Balance payable on arrival day (credit card accepted). Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival for stay from 15/6 to 15/9.

CANCEL POLICY:  If cancelled or modified up to 30 days befor arrival date, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
